Overview:

The Kid and Friends is a collaborative hip-hop project where I produced every beat from scratch, collaborated with 15 rappers, and oversaw the entire music production process. Using Ableton Live, Roland FA-06, microKorg, Native Instruments, VSTs, plugins, and custom sound packs, I crafted original instrumentals, recorded vocals, and refined each track through professional mixing and mastering. Beyond music production, this project expanded my expertise in audio editing, music copyrights, and the sync licensing business.

 

Key Contributions:
✔ Full Beat Production: Created original instrumentals from scratch using a combination VSTs, Sound Packs, and Ableton Live.
✔ Artist Collaboration & Project Management: Successfully secured 15 hip-hop artists to feature on my tracks.
✔ Audio Editing & Mixing: Edited and balanced all tracks to ensure high-quality sound before sending them for professional mastering.

✔ Vocal Production: Integrated my own vocals strategically throughout the album.

✔ Music Business Expertise: Gained deep knowledge in music copyrights (master and composition), sync licensing, and industry standards.

✔ Visual & Branding Design: Designed all album artwork, animated music videos, social media content, and advertising creatives, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
